Training:

• Global Tutor On-Demand program — Providing agents with an online learning experience in an environment that allows them to learn at their pace 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
• Weekly Supplier Teleconferences — Weekly supplier hosted teleconferences for product and destination training. These are also available on-demand.

Marketing:

• Advanced Booking Technology — GTI offers GDS and Web-based advanced booking tools including GlobalManager, a customized version of ClientBase Plus.

• Accounting — Only GTI has an on-site accounting group dedicated to collecting and processing your commissions
