Partners In Travel is a Carlson top Host agency providing Independent and Home Based travel agents with the tools and support they need to successfully sell travel. Partners In Travel provides our nationwide Partners with reputable Carlson Travel Group programs, products and marketing support. Partners In Travel is the Home Based agency division of All Aboard Travel, a Florida-based travel agency specializing in packaging unique cruise vacations and tours.
The Partners In Travel program offers new or experienced travel agents the opportunity to sell All Aboard Travel’s exclusive value- based cruise and tour packages from home while earning some of the highest vendor commissions in the industry. The combination of our Partners’ sales power with Carlson’s buying power places us in the top vendor commission categories.
Partners In Travel recently added enhancements to our program such a 100% commission option, a free consumer Web site, free document shipping, and 100% commission on any bonus commissions from vendors. The free hosted Web sites are customizable and offer tools such as vacation searching capabilities which send all inquiries to the Partner’s E-mail address.
All members receive extensive marketing support from Partners In Travel to help them promote the cruise vacation packages and tours to their clients. One of the major marketing tools Partners In Travel provides for their Partners is a database filled with exclusive cruise packages each linked to a downloadable promotional flyer that they can send out to clients.
In addition to the promotional flyers, Partners In Travel also advertises each Partner’s contact information in an “Exotic Adventures” brochure that highlights the Carlson cruise packages and is sent quarterly to 125,000 people across the country.
Partners In Travel also provides ongoing training and development. Partners In Travel offers an optional 3-day live training class for Home Based agents new to the industry. Additionally, all new Partners In Travel Home Based agents (regardless of their level of experience) receive detailed training material explaining all aspects of our program.
All Partners receive fundamental support from our staff via telephone and E-mail for any questions they may have. They also have the option to participate in online training with various suppliers. We offer extensive training programs involving suppliers, tourism boards and other travel industry leaders, familiarization trips, seminar-at-sea programs and an annual Partners In Travel convention.

General Information:
Experienced Agents: Partners In Travel allows two people per contract for one low monthly fee of $29. A Partner may add additional agents (up to three) on your contract for an additional $8.25 per month, per agent.
New To The Industry Agents: Partners In Travel allows two people per contract for one monthly fee of $125. A Partner may add additional agents (up to three) for $8.25 per month, per agent.
Document Shipping: Partners In Travel does not charge shipping and handling for documents, unless a Partner requests special handling.
Exotic Adventures Shipping: While Partners In Travel does not charge Partners for copies of the Exotic Adventures brochure, they will only be responsible for the shipping cost. These charges will be deducted from their monthly commission income statement.
Commission: Commission structures vary between a 70/30 commission split, 75/25 commission split, 80/20 split and 90/10 split depending on a Partner’s Gross Commissions generated. Partners In Travel has no production levels that have to be met.
